Mualani pulls (and Kachina too!) - Genshin Impact

I had good luck recently, but can it hold? I will get Mualani. What will the cost be? And who will I pick on the 5 star selector?

I used my 28.6k primos + 40 fates on kazuha and his weapon now I'm left with 13.9k primos and 10 fates (I lost my 50/50 at my first try that's why I'm left with 13.3k primos and it was qiqi for the worst)
