Jāvēd Ahmed Ghāmidī (Urdu: جاوید احمد غامدی) (born April 7, 1952) is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, Quran scholar, Islamic modernist, exegete and educationist. He is also the founding President of Al-Mawrid Institute of Islamic Sciences.
Ghamidi's conclusions and understanding of Islam, including the Sharia, has been presented concisely in his book Mizan with the intention of presenting the religion in its pure shape, cleansed from tasawwuf, qalam, fiqh, all philosophies and any other contaminants.

As i heard lot of scholors past six years discussing khilafat and maulukait, hazarati mauviya and others. The thing i observed is that after 30 years of khilafati rashida the system changed. Talking about niyat either was good or bad doesnt matter. The best book i found is khilafat wa maulukiat by maulana maududi to if to understand situations of that time. I recieved the introduction of maulana maududi and this book in criticism. When i read it in 2020 during covid lockdown , now i m fan of maulana maududi. The karbala was consequences/result of the 21 years maulukait. 1406 years have passed we have not yet establashed the the lost of khilafat. This is the damage we recieved from ummayads

بات رہن سہن کی نہیں ہو رہی بات اللہ کی حرام کردہ چیزوں کو حلال کرنے کی ہو رہی ہے. جناب خالد بن معدان سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت مقدام بن معدیکرب ، عمرو بن اسود اور قبیلہ بنو اسد کا ایک آدمی جو اہل قنسرین میں سے تھا ، حضرت معاویہ بن ابوسفیان رضی اللہ عنہ کے ہاں آئے ۔ معاویہ نے مقدام سے کہا : کیا تمہیں معلوم ہے کہ حسن بن علی رضی اللہ عنہ وفات پا گئے ہیں ؟ تو مقدام نے «( انا لله وانا اليه راجعون )» پڑھا ۔ تو ایک آدمی نے ان سے کہا : کیا تم اس کو مصیبت سمجھتے ہو ؟ انہوں نے کہا : میں ان کی وفات کو مصیبت کیوں نہ سمجھوں جبکہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان کو اپنی گود میں بٹھایا تھا اور کہا تھا :’’ یہ ( حسن ) مجھ سے ہے اور حسین علی سے !‘‘ اسدی آدمی نے کہا : دہکتا کوئلہ تھا جسے اللہ عزوجل نے بجھا دیا ۔ مقدام نے کہا : مگر ( میں تو ایسی بات نہیں کہتا جو اس اسدی نے کہی ہے ) میں آج تمہیں غصہ دلا کے رہوں گا اور وہ کچھ سناؤں گا جو تمہیں برا لگے ۔ پھر کہا : اے معاویہ ! اگر میں سچ کہوں تو میری تصدیق کرنا اور اگر غلط کہوں تو تردید کر دینا ۔ معاویہ نے کہا : ایسے ہی کروں گا ۔ مقدام نے کہا : میں تمہیں اللہ کی قسم دے کر کہتا ہوں کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے سونا پہننے سے منع فرمایا ہے ؟ کہا ہاں ۔ مقدام نے پھر کہا : میں تمہیں اللہ کی قسم دے کر کہتا ہوں کیا تمہیں خبر ہے کہ ‘ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ریشم پہننے سے روکا ہے ؟ انہوں نے کہا : ہاں ۔ حضرت مقدام نے کہا : میں تمہیں اللہ کی قسم دے کر کہتا ہوں ، کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے درندوں کی کھالیں پہننے اور ان پر سوار ہونے سے روکا ہے ؟ کہا : ہاں ۔ مقدام نے کہا : اللہ کی قسم ! میں نے یہ سب کچھ تمہارے گھر میں دیکھا ہے اے معاویہ ! اس پر معاویہ نے کہا : اے مقدام ! مجھے معلوم تھا کہ میں تجھ سے ہرگز نہیں بچ سکوں گا ۔ خالد بن معدان نے بیان کیا کہ پھر معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے مقدام کے لیے اس قدر انعام کا حکم دیا جو اس کے دوسرے دو ساتھیوں کے لیے نہیں تھا اور ان کے بیٹے کے لیے دو سو والوں میں حصہ مقرر کر دیا ۔ چنانچہ حضرت مقدام رضی اللہ عنہ نے اسے اپنے ساتھیوں میں تقسیم کر دیا ۔ مگر اسدی نے جو وصول کیا اس میں سے کسی کو کچھ نہ دیا ۔ معاویہ کو یہ خبر پہنچی تو انہوں نے کہا : مقدام کھلے ہاتھ کے سخی آدمی ہیں اور اسدی اپنے مال کی خوب حفاظت کرنے والا ہے ۔ Sunan Abu Dawood#4131 لباس سے متعلق احکام و مسائل Status: صحیح جریر نے اعمش سے حدیث بیان کی ، انھوں نے زید بن وہب سے انھوں نے عبدالرحمن بن عبد رب الکعبہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : میں مسجد ( حرام ) میں داخل ہوا تو وہاں حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ عنہما کعبہ کے سائے میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے اور لوگوں نے ان پر جمگھٹا لگا رکھا تھا ۔ میں ( بھی ) ان لوگوں کے پاس چلا گیا اور حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے قریب جا کر بیٹھ گیا ، حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو نے کہا : ہم ایک بار سفر میں رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ساتھ تھے ، ہم نے ایک منزل پر قیام کیا ، ہم میں سے کوئی ایسا تھا جو اپنا خیمہ درست کرنے لگا ، کوئی تیر اندازی کرنے گا ، کوئی اپنے چرتے ہوئے جانوروں میں چلا گیا کہ اتنے میں رسول اللہ ﷺ کے مؤذن نے نماز باجماعت کا اعلان کیا ۔ ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس اکٹھے ہو گئے ۔ آپ نے فرمایا :’’ مجھ سے پہلے ( بھی ) ہر نبی پر فرض تھا کہ وہ اپنی امت کے حق میں جو بھلائی کی بات جانتا ہے اس کی طرف ان کی رہنمائی کرے اور ان کے حق میں جو برا ہے اس سے ان کو ڈرائے ۔ رہی تمہاری یہ امت تو اس کی عافیت آغاز میں رکھی گئی ہے اور آخری دور میں اسے آزمائش کا اور ایسے معاملات کا سامنا ہو گا جنھیں تم اچھا نہ سمجھو گے ، ایسا فتنہ درپیش ہو گا کہ کچھ آزمائشیں دوسری کو ہیچ کر دیں گے ، ایسا فتنہ آئے گا کہ مومن کہے گا : یہ میری تباہی ( کا سامان ) ہے ، پھر وہ چھٹ جائے گا ، پھر ایک اور آئے گا تو مومن کہے گا : یہ ، یہ ( اصل تباہی ) ہے ، جو شخص یہ چاہتا ہے کہ اسے آگ سے دور کر دیا جائے اور جنت میں داخل کر دیا جائے تو اس کی موت اس عالم میں آئے کہ وہ اللہ اور آخرت کے دن پر یقین رکھتا ہو ، ( وہ آخری دم تک اپنے ایمان کی حفاظت کرے ) اور وہ لوگوں کے پاس وہی ( بات ، دعوت ، سلوک ) لے کے جائے جو وہ پسند کرتا ہے کہ اس کے پاس لایا جائے ۔ اور جو شخص ہاتھ میں ہاتھ دیتے ہوئے ، دل کی گہرائیوں سے کسی امام ( مسلمان حکمران ) کی بیعت کرے تو استطاعت رکھتے ہوئے اس کی اطاعت کرے ، پھر اگر دوسرا آ جائے ، اس سے امامت چھیننا چاہے تو اس دوسرے کی گردن اڑا دو ۔ میں ان ( عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما ) سے (مزید ) قریب ہوا اور عرض کی : میں آپ کو اللہ کی قسم دیتا ہوں ، کیا آپ نے خود یہ بات رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنی ہے ؟ حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اپنے دونوں ہاتھوں سے اپنے کانوں اور دل کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور کہا : یہ بات میرے دونوں کانوں نے سنی ، میرے دل نے یاد رکھی ۔ میں نے ان سے کہا : یہ جو آپ کے چچا زاد معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں وہ تو ہمیں حکم دیتے ہیں کہ ہم آپس میں ایک دوسرے کا مال ناجائز طریقے سے کھائیں اور ایک دوسرے کو قتل کریں اور اللہ تعالیٰ یہ فرماتا ہے :’’ اے ایمان والو ! ایک دوسرے کا مال ناجائز طریقے سے مت کھاؤ ، الا یہ کہ باہمی رضامندی سے تجارت ہو اور تم ایک دوسرے کو قتل نہ کرو ، بلاشبہ اللہ تعالیٰ تم پر ہمیشہ رحم کرنے والا ہے ۔‘‘ ( عبدالرحمن نے ) کہا : پھر وہ ( حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ عنہما ) گھڑی بھر خاموش رہے ، پھر فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ کی اطاعت میں ان کی اطاعت کرو اور اللہ تعالیٰ کی نافرمانی ( کے معاملے ) میں ان کی نافرمانی کرو ۔ Shaih Muslim 4776

آپ ہی کہتے ہیں کہ حکومت کے نظم کے لیۓ دیکھنا ہوگا کہ کسی حکومت میں معیار عدل و انصاف رہا یا نہیں۔ پھر ایک مماثلت پیدا کرنے کے لیےحضرت سلیمان کی ہزاروں سال پہلےکی حکومت کا ذکر کرنے لگتے ہیں' اور پھر امیر معاویہ کی حکومت میں عیش و عشرت اس عہد و تمکنت سے ملانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔محترم کم سے کم یہ تو فرمائیں امیر معاویہ کے عہد میں عدل و انصاف کا معیار کیا تھا؟

سیدنا علی نے ضرور ظاہری درویشی کو قائم رکھا ہو گا مگر صاحب جائیداد تھے، ینبع میں انکی جاگیر تھی۔ اور حضرت فاطمہ کے بعد انکے گھر میں ۲۹ خواتین آئیں منکوحہ و ام الاولاد ملا کر۔ مزید بر آں کثیر الاولاد تھے۔ ۱۸ بیٹے اور ۱۸ بیٹیوں کے باپ۔ اتنے بڑے کنبے کو پالنے کے لئے بڑے وسائل کی ضرورت ہوتی ہو گی جو وہ پوری کرتے ہونگے۔ کوئی معمولی آدمی محدود وسائل رکھنے والا تو سوچ بھی نہیں سکتا۔ ٹھیک ہے لباس اور حلیے کے بارے میں باذوق نہیں ہونگے۔ ذوق خواتین کے سلسلے میں یہ کہنا مشکل ہے۔ آپ لوگوں میں سے کتنے اتنے بڑے کنبے کی پرورش کرسکتے ہیں اور خواتین کی کثیر تعداد کے ازدواجی حقوق ادا کر سکتے ہیں؟
