You don't know how happy I am of having found your channel! I'm a 29 yo woman, beginner muay thai practitioner, about to go back to training after 1 year hiatus. I was looking for inspiration and tips on youtube but only found channels led by men. The algorithm might have caught my intentions for once and suggested your channel. Don't get me wrong, there are so many man-led martial arts channels which are great, but it's so much more comfortable and easy for me to listen to another woman. I instantly subscribed. Hey there miss Sia! I have just started training Muay Thai. I am currently trying to focus on my footwork because I think Footwork is really important. I do not have any coach which means I train at home and I am having some trouble with the heavy bag, it's just really hard for me to throw punches on it. Any seggtions? Also your videos are the best! I’m not a pro at stretches so I wouldn’t recommend sorry.. getting some tips from mobility coaches would be better :)

Hello madam,I am boy, I have just started muay thai training. I was practicing with a friend and while practicing his knee hit my groin. I sat in pain for 2 hours. Is there any solution So that I don't feel much pain there.?

Hi there, well for starters please aim at the stomach when you’re practicing .. not the groin. Wear a belly pad if you can’t control your power and placement of the knees And when drilling / sparring, wear a groin guard just in case accidents happen

But when I fight after wear groin guard, it's very uncomfortable, i cannot use my legs comfortabley, and after that accident i am very afraid..i always try to protect my groin instead of fight and cover other part...please help and give suggestions
