Easy, Number Five is my favorite. Especially when you get into the flow of moving the weigth in the direction you hit. Go high make him shield head, Go for liver, lowers guard, finish with kick.
@vicenteeichler88044 жыл бұрын
Yeah by going high low high, the opponent gets confused and doesn't know where to protect.

If you want to be one of the best you need to go to Thailand period there are good Muay Thai fighters from different countries but 1 in a million they train from a young age most of them and its survival because most of them got sent their by their parents because of the economy I love Thailand I love the people just ashame like so many countries the Government is corrupt and the people are the ones who suffer but good video)

+Sean Fagan (Muay Thai Guy) sir, i thank you for that reply. it might sound weird but im going through a rough time. almost got into a brawl with my bjj coach alongside with other things and the only thing that gives me joy right now is slamming my punching bag with my shin and knowing that i am going to work out with some high level muay thai people soon. must sound really akward but i can not put into words how much martial arts saved my life. much love and all the best to you!
