Tough coast running..! did similar on Friday (Penzance to zennor), at which point I lost the will, and daylight, to continue.. decided to have an easier day - st ives to godrevy and back - so much more runnable and plenty of cafe stops.. Love the videos - wish I could make running there look so easy!

Thanks for the comment! Penzance to zennor isn't easy!!! I am doing st Ives to hell's mouth and back to Hayle tomorrow. Taking the camera so no doubt I'll be lost at some point!

I think the 50 will be plenty....100 is a different kettle of fish. But compared to ultra trail Snowdonia, I think it will be a fun day out......🤞🤞
