Hello from the backcountry. The old houses are amazing. I would detect around them if you can. I had 17 deer in the yard a couple of days ago. Except for the spring onions the grass looks nice. Trees and flowers are blooming. Stay safe say hello to the family for me.

Hi Matt, it's your neighbor from Delaware! Love your video this week. I've done some abandoned house explorations (never alone) for soon-to-be teardowns. It always makes me sad to see beautiful original wood parquet floors, winding stair rails and ornate trim destined for demolition. I too have recovered some goodies like a cast iron door bell, cast iron American eagle and, in one attic, a 1920's unopened box of porcelain Ball jar seals. The items in that garage! That wood cabinet with glass doors! My heart! I'd love to see more old house explorations if you do them. Mighty interesting. Thanks so much, see you next week ☺️

Well, this was definitely different and very interesting. The green & white dish set was beautiful and the milk glass dish too! What kind of crown was that? It looks very pretty. Old buttons truly gems of long ago! Such a shame the old house is destroyed it looked like it would have been beautiful back in the day! I wonder what year it is 1800’s or so…. Love the marbles and ring you found in the beginning. It looked like a mood ring from the 70’s I had one similar if it is one😊 Have a wonderful Sunday Matt with your family tell dad hello for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜

Hey Matt it’s been a long time for me I’m catching up on your videos. Wow such a beautiful old house you found tons of great things. So sad someone croaked and what remains of their lives just is left mouldering. You’ll give that lovely milk glass and bowls cups a new home I’m sure. Curious what you did with the old mail box did you keep it and will you make it into a reciepent of your kids Santa Clause letter? Rust is in style now you could probably bang it back out into shape and sale it at an antique store lol.

It sure is, I have seen several people detect the property, i have not. I do walk throughs , it has so much character but it is a bit dangerous. My gym is directly across the street from it and I have returned special pieces back to the grandson of Mrs. Kane , like her original confirmation certificate from 1911. Not sure how much time the building has left.
