Weaver "How To" Obstacle Race Technique

In this "How To" video with Doug "The Beard" Spence from Dirty Dozen, we look at techniques that will help you to make quick and easy work of the infamous Weaver.

We did that obstacle in the US Army Infantry School. Long story short. I came off there with bruises all over my legs and arms 🤕. Hated it. (Btw ours was made of wood instead of metal and is a good 10 ft off the ground at the pinnacle.)

Is it not easier to just go on top of it and then "walk", if that makes sense?

+Zielbandideal Nope, you have to "weave", ie alternate going under and over bars.
