It's in Nidarosdomen cathedral in Trondheim, Norway. The oldest church in Norway's history. Beautiful place and beautiful song. She couldn't pick a better place for that consert. And yes she illustrate her face with the lyrics and the music. Aurora is music. Love from Norway 🇳🇴

Everyone, including Aurora, says that it's an anti-suicide song, and I get that. But there is that tinge at the end, like despite being able to pull yourself back from the edge, and now realizing what a gift life is, you can't escape the fact that you were once at the edge, and it will always color your perceptions. It's so real, and I guess I find that unsettling. What an artist.

Fun fact: the organ in Nidarosdomen is a Steinmeyer pipe organ with 10.000 pipes.... It's about 40.000 kg

This song is one of my favourite, until now!! This song is Anti-suicide song. "Not anybody knows that im, im lucky to be alive" that line is always making me feel emotional! Anytime i heard this song😭✨ plsss react to her haik documentary and concert!!! 😭✨✨✨

To be clear regarding some of the comments, she didn't write this when she was 9. Aurora has stated she used a few of the lines she wrote for another song when she was 9 in this song. This song was completed when she was 18. This information doesn't take any purpose or meaning away from the context of this song, or from the existential thoughts she may have been having at 9 years old. It's just clarification on a common misconception. That said, this song with this arrangement in this venue... it's a powerful piece of art. It's beautiful in it's contrasting melancholy and hopefulness. And this is a common theme she presents in a lot of her work, on various subjects. I believe what Aurora accomplishes on a whole is influential and inspiring work, and I appreciate, enjoy it, am grateful for it. In any case, liked your reaction to Lucky. Hi, she's so deep into the story she's thinking about. Her facial expression is just the result. At that moment AURORA was somewhere but not in the cathedral. You saw her eyes. She was somewhere else. The song is her way of suicide prevention. A masterpiece. And you have to consider that she started writing this song when she was 9 years old. What child at that age thinks about this topic? And creates such a song as a result? AURORA's voice is great and works phenomenal in the cathedral. - Daydreamer - HAIK Concert 2019 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/jnmQgZdunb6GpaM - AURORA in "her" forest There are two very unusual concerts by AURORA. One is in the Cathedral Nidarosdomen and the other in a forest where she played a lot as a child. The concert (HAIK) in the forest was organized by NRK TV. But it's not just a concert. They surprised AURORA with different things for a whole day. She was supposed to do a small concert (only 1 song) in front of two fans. Pure emotions, I can tell you that. Then a singer, Ane Brun, sang a song by AURORA just for her. Then another surprise and finally the concert in the forest (7 songs, approx. 40 minutes), which in itself is amazing, fantastic, enchanting... The most important thing about the documentary (38 minutes) are the interviews that are conducted in the car on the way. Don't get me wrong and think I had a bad childhood. I had a very good childhood. Had a great time whit myself. More like that on the inside. I felt like I didn't belong. No matter how much i tried. I agree - the stage is pretty awesome. But then it took united former vikings that recently had converted to Christianity ca 230 years to build it from 1070-1300 AD👍. Aurora sure embraces the historic surroundings she is in some 700 years later.

Nice reaction 🤗 This is a beautiful song and performance, and she wrote it when she was only 9 years old 😳 It’s her anti-suicide song Nidarosdomen (Nidaros Cathedral) is Olav the Saint's (Viking king) burial church, pilgrimage destination, signing church - and Norway's national shrine😍 It’s 102 meters long and 50 meters on the widest. I don’t know if anyone has addressed this but I don‘t think she does more eye contact than as usual. Could seem this way because in this stage setting she doesn’t has audience only in front of her but also on the left and right side of the stage. Thanks for your reaction
