FYI: This is NOT the same Bohemian Grove people keep making referencing to. It's just a trail in the Muir Woods. The Bohemian Grove you are all thinking about it is in another area of the California redwoods.. more north. They are not even in the same county. Muir Woods is in Marin County. The Bohemian Grove infamous amongst conspiracy theorists is in Sonoma County.

Actually if you go to this park. There is a plaque on the ground at one of the groves that states this it is the original meeting place of the bohemian society. It is true that those infamous meetings no longer take place there, but they did originally.

When the Bohemian Club used that Grove before purchasing the Grove in monte rio, in Sonoma county, they had a giant Buddha statue made from plaster which eventually succumbed to the elements. They performed rituals similar to what they now do at their owl shine.

I’ve been digging for over a year. And I’ve done everything short of fly a drone on site. Mind you not of this, but of 20601 Bohemian Ave, Monte Rio, CA 95462 The only thing I’ve found that’s suspicious is that they use a special tarp to cover the cars that makes it difficult for satellites to see them. That and there is a distinct lack of suspicious behavior or activity. Almost like it has been wiped clean. Lowkey I’m going to go there one day, knowing full well I’m not coming back. Sometimes the truth is more important than life. Don’t count me as a Snowden. My desire is selfish and irrelevant to conspiracy theories. I’m willing to throw my life away to know the truth. @GuitarMusic Years ago I stayed at the Nature Friends compound north of Muir Woods. The place was almost deserted and one night I was getting bottled water in their industrial kitchen. A young couple came in, looking lost and confused. They looked at me with worried expressions, and the guy asked, "Is this place a cult?" I had to laugh and then I helped them find their way back to their car parked at Muir Woods.

@GuitarMusic Muir Woods is a great destination for a day hike. There used to be a SF city bus that went up Panoramic Highway on Sundays. Otherwise you have to find your own wheels (car or bicycle) to get there. Over the years the redwood grove in Muir Woods has become very popular. I wouldn't want to be there on a weekend. There are great hiking trails in and out of the woods. Several lead north up to Pantoll Campground along Redwood Creek and on to Mount Tamalpais. In the other direction a person can hike south to the Marin Headlands. From some of those high points you can get spectacular views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
