3:54 it says”aluminium hexagonal sharp pen”. “Sharp pen” means “mechanical pencil” in Japanese, maybe that’s why the translator got confused (in which case I’m pretty sure that the translator is Japanese) 4:06 the second one says “aluminium hexagonal ball pen”. “Ball pen” means “ball-point pen” 4:32 in Japanese “note” means “notebook” 5:32 it actually says “cotton paper” and then “small notepad” 8:25 it says “notebook with 4 frames for weekly publication, mini”. I’m pretty sure they use these to sketch for “yonkoma manga” (four-cell manga) which is a comic strip they publish in magazines. You can start using the notebook from the front, but you should use the 4 frames from top to bottom, creating a concluded story (more about it on Wikipedia) 10:08 the name of the article is “notebook, plain”. On the longer part it says that they eliminated unnecessary processing of the paper, so there are no guidance lines and you can write in whichever direction you want 10:40 it says “thanks” 12:10 I don’t know if “Kraft” is the name of a brand but it could mean “handcrafted”. The name of the article is “envelope, horizontal” 12:27 it says “pocket-sized notebook, slim” 17:06 it says “wooden hexagonal sharp pen” (mechanical pencil) 21:30 it says “polypropylene highlighter pen with opening, yellow”. Yes, the window is the clear spot on the tip All the other times the translation seemed fine :)

On top of that, there is an American brand that makes chocolate filled marshmallows that are not individually wrapped and it's a huge hassle. They're so sweet you can only eat a couple at a time which means the bags last forever. Even if you put it in a sealable bag, they get this weird crust almost around them. It tastes fine but it feels weird. And despite the crust, they still manage stick to each other very badly. You can't vacuum seal them cuz they're marshmallows. These would stay fresher so much better and they would be super easy to just pop in a bag or a packed lunch for a sweet snack.

For some reason, we also call mechanical pencils mechanical pens as well. Hi Peter, at 10:47 it can be read by holding the book horizontally (and not from top to bottom) a ri ga to u which means ARIGATO - thank you in japanese (the last hiragana 'u' serves to elongate the 'o' in the prononciation). Also, in Japan, there are three 'alphabets' in two different groups. Hiragana and katana which are the more 'simple' characters and stand for one or two letters and are more phonetic writing. And then the more 'busy' characters as you call them which are kanji. They stand for words in themselves. In some books you will see kanji with the more simple hiragana on top or under to make it easier to read for people who don't read kanji (as there are thousands of them). Fun fact, in the more simple characters, Hiragana is the alphabet for japanese origin words whereas katakana is the alphabet for foreign origin words. In some of the labels you can read 'pe-po' which is the phonetic of paper (without the r). Japan adores foreign words like - I-su-ku-ri-mu (icecream) which is why there is a whole alphabet for it. Hope I didn't bore you with all this info. Ps love your channel! (mine is a small french art channel so I don't think you will like it, but you can still try if you want :) )

The Japanese in the notebook (at about 10:40) is Hiragana, and says "あいがとう”, or "a-i-ga-to-u", which means "Thank you". The Japanese have 3 different symbol systems for writing Japanese: Hiragana (for native Japanese words), Katakana (for words from other languages) and Kanji (symbols derived from Chinese, I believe) that stand for whole words (Japanese is overall a phonetic language, with each symbol indicating a phonetic sound, except for Kanji). Hiragana and Katakana both have 46 basic "letters" (or phonetic sounds), plus the 25 different combo sounds, which equal 71 characters for both, for a total of 142 symbols. Kanji is a whole other ballpark: the total in Japanese is over 50,000, but most native Japanese don't know nearly that number - still it's the most difficult language for Westerners to learn. I took a semester of it, and only learned the basic Hiragana (which I have forgotten now, but looked them up for you).

Or What Peter wishes he was doing? You'd of course be the "superhero" and you should come up with a favorite superpower! lol 8:14 You should do a "people watching" comic book, what others do that makes you chuckle, their weird habits that you catch, and a short story line on what happened before or after you caught that short glimpse of their lives! 12:54 I noticed the "Pocket note" has a ribbon book marker in the binding, the other one doesn't have a book marker in it...? 15:32 I'm waiting to see if you stick a pen in your jacket pocket pen holder lol 19:46 HAHA! You tried it!! 😁 With the smaller pen, it was too lose, I could see it slipping out and losing the pen. The second one you tried looks better. I don't like that you can't use the clip on the pen to secure it in the holder. I like the Isograph pen, it works with the colors of your outfit better, looks more stylish and refined 🙂 26:35, not Eco friendly UNLESS the wrapping is either compostable or recyclable! 28:15 is it REAL marshmallow root, or is it the American version with sugar and no real marshmallow in it? If you don't want me posting links in your comments, just let me know and I'll stop! 😃 No harm, no foul! 👍😁 33:10 you look like a mummy lol You're gorgeous! That was a very entertaining video Peter! Thank you so much! 💯😅 Happy holidays! My friend and I created a new holiday called NewHalloThanksMas, it's Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, and new years all rolled into one! It starts after school supplies are out of stores and goes until Valentine's day! I would LOVE to see you draw a holiday creature that encompasses all of the aforementioned holidays! 🖖

I bet that the pen pocket clip dealy goes the other way! Then the pen is inside the pocket and it won’t fall down. I love that pink highlighter omg! They all look so satisfying to use! Edit: oh my god the mask 😆 “toning water” is a watery product that balances the skins ph after washing it. It can also have skin helping stuff in it, like moisturizing toner or anti aging toner etc. You could just mix a little face lotion in with some water and put that on. Make like a moisturizing mask with it. You could also just apply a nice helping of face lotion on then put the tap-water soaked mask on after. It’s basically made to help keep face products that are liquidy on the skin to help them have a longer chance to absorb. And you looked shnazzy af in your suit jacket and shirt! And also, cotton shrinks like a full size or more if it’s washed and dried with heat. Idk how tall you are, but this happens to me when I buy clothing that is sold mostly in Asia/is an Asian company. Most Asians are shorter, so proportionally they have shorter arms usually too. When I buy stuff from Asia I just assume the sleeves will be too short after 1 wash.

It's paper, it's intended to be used as you please. Those small squares would be fun for micro cartooning strips.

This is a man after my own heart. Sniffing notebooks. Don't want to start writing in a new notebook. There are never enough pens in my world.
