ഞാൻ പോലീസിന് എതിരല്ല. ബട്ട്‌, പോലീസ് ഇടിച്ചു കൊന്ന കുടുംബങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് ഒരു സബ്‌മിഷൻ ഉന്നയിക്കാൻ ഇവിടെ അറിയില്ലായിരുന്നു. കൊറോണ സമയത്തു ഇവർ എന്തൊക്കെയാണ് കാണിച്ചു കൂട്ടിയത്. കേരള പോലീസ് മിടുക്കന്മാരാണ്, ബട്ട് ഒരു എഡ്യൂക്കേഷനും ഇല്ലാത്ത രാഷ്ട്രിയ നേതാക്കന്മാരുടെ മുൻപിൽ കുനിഞ്ഞു നിൽക്കേണ്ട അവസ്ഥ ആയിപ്പോയി. പോലീസിന് ഒരു വിലയുണ്ടായിരുന്നത് നഷ്ടമായി.

Interesting discussion. We should also discuss couple of points here. Wouldn't the frustration of a overworked policeman be channeled into a more dangerous direction of venting his or her onto the common population which we are witnessing in at a increasing intervals now. And this is not restricted to Kerala alone. Psychological support should be made mandatory for the aggrieved police personnel now. Most importantly, delink politics from their duties

Transfer of Police personnel (rather all Govt staff) is being grossly misused by the politicians..... This needs a relook..... There must be some objective criteria for transfer of Govt staff.....

When I was working in company , I job was to grinding that Toreque bar, that is breake calipers for the Air plane. Some times we were giving counseling that do not take stress, sleep atleast 8 hours, relax your mind. These are needed to do a grinding operator. If so howmuch for an emergency duty person???
