I miss running a smoker, but with all the case studies on the contributions of carcinogens to the meat when being smoked which later transfer to stomach cancer it’s just not worth it for me or my family anymore. Just like smoking a cigarette sends all those carcinogens in the smoke to your lungs, a smoker floats them around a wet piece of meat which makes the carcinogens stick to it. Your stomach can’t process it. Good job on the video though Look forward to some carcinogen free blackstone or other flat top grill videos! Smokes not getting thru the griddle 😉 Edited for spelling
