You could! But it honestly doesn’t taste great on its own. You should try Lobelia! There’s a chemical compound in lobelia called lobaline that hits the same receptors as nicotine. At the end of the day it’s all about changing your environment to de-incentivize smoking tobacco :) some people also try tinctures. Check out your local apothecary! I hope your journey goes well!!
