Wow! The way he stretched the dough into to even, paper thin sheets just by flipping it a few times was amazing! 😮The guy smashing of the parotha at the end was also fascinating. He really laid into them!😊. Surprised they didn’t totally fall apart. So skilled and immaculately timed teamwork👏👏

I still make My Bread Dough manually .The same way they do here . I learnt My 3 Daughters , To this day My Mother is 80 years Young now And she still does this . I'm not into these Bread Machine . My mother has 1 but doesn't use it much . Watching this has made me Hungry for Fried Bread now , And it's late here lol, I have never seens any 1 ever beat up Flat Bread before . Guess it's a Great way To get rid of Stress after Baking
@jarjarbinks31933 жыл бұрын
The beating is to make the bread fluffy and flaky by separating/aerating the layers. To be effective, it has to be done when the bread is piping hot. It is rather painful.

First you need to make sure the working table is clean and disinfected,second the one that are kneading and working the dough the hand must well wash,clean and their nails short you never used gloves while doing that type of work be because it will stick and the gloves will rip off and it will go into the dough that piece of plastic and contaminated , if the can’t afford a mixter they do it the traditional way also your hands will feel the right texture when the dough is ready and well kneed.
