OMG this drama is by far the best modern day series depicting the conflicts and dilemmas real adults face everyday. The struggles of family life, careers and betrayal and of course interferences and chaos caused by extended family members. The entire cast was chosen brilliantly and was incredibly believable in their roles. I can’t say enough of the two lead characters as they brought the drama to life. Xiao Ming Huang from a younger pretty face heartthrob to a middle aged sexy mature man was outstanding 😊 indeed. Great job by the entire cast 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼.

This is an excellent drama, beautifully executed by these wonderful actors. The story told a realistic and adult depiction of problems experienced in real life. It handled betrayal, deception, chaotic relationships and a mature show of strength by two unlikely women who become allies in overcoming emotional adversity. Wonderful casting, strong story. Best drama for 2023. It was satisfying to watch Wei Ming’s downfall as he gets told that he’s not smart as he think he is, he has no control over the three women he thought he could manipulate and even more satisfying to watch him see the daughter he threw away and only interacted with and be fatherly towards when it was convenient for him form a better father-daughter relationship with him and wanting him to do the things he used to do with her. Instead of appreciating and being grateful for what he had for the need to feel superior and for greed he lost everything.

I think my 2 favorite moments in this entire series were in this episode, when at the hockey game WL watches his daughter and LS as a family with Gu. He realizes he had it all, and threw it away. And the kiss at the wedding, along with Gu apologizing for how long it took them to get together. It was a very satisfying ending to an intriguing series. Bravo to all involved with creating this!

In the end, Wei Ming couldn't accept the fact that everything was fallen apart due to his greed. No one was there for him or defended him when he was getting arrested. I am stunned that his selfish parents aren't there to see this so they can witnessed the downfall of their precious son they spoiled rotten for their benefits. I like that Lin Shuang is a strong yet forgiven woman Jiang Xi is now one of her closest friends & I believe Jianyi will be too as Guoguo & her child are half siblings.

I was so satisfied Wei Ming went to jail. He did so much crap and thought he'd never be held accountable. The amount of smoke hs blew up everyone's a** was finally, finally outed. He should've seen the writing on the wall when his 2nd wife's parents showed outright disdain and disgust towards him. He thought he could use that child as a tool and his in-laws were not having it. I was so happy to see Ling Shuang get a man who will snd has stood by her, who respects and supports her and her choices. Jinxia has a strong man in Martin if she'll just take the chance. He's definitely not like her 2 exes, she can trust and rely on him. I'd have loved to see that included. One of the best things was thevunlikely friendship between the 2 women.

В "Альянсе" первая жена умница, сумела подняться с колен. Жена прежде всего мать во всех трех дорамах, ребенок это зона ответственности мамы, если папа безответственен. В двух дорамах мужья слабаки, любители себя пожалеть несчастных, а в "Альянсе" матерый подлец и циник, который идет по женщинам, как по ступенькам, все выше и выше, предела подлой натуре нет. Китайский менталитет рулит. Хороша дорама.

I stumbled across this series with English voice over and discovered that I totally loved it. The only problem was that the episodes, eventhough more than an hour long, were not in any particular order, and there was no clear title for the series. I did some investigating and discovered the name "Alliance." When I searched for it, I found these 36 episodes with English subs. I took my 2 days off from work and binge watched every single episode; having to read everything on the screen for translation. I must say, this was the best show I have watched in years! I loved it! Everyone involved did excellent work to bring this project to its special conclusion. All important points were covered , although we all would like some fleshed out more. It was still a exceptional good series. My only complaint would be because i dont speak/read chinese would like to know actors names in english. They were fine actors deserve a larger audience

Emotional blackmail is nothing other than abuse. Her mother had no love for her, it was evident in everything she said and did.
