Wow, you probably have the best finds from metal detecting than any other Canadian channel! I'm loving your videos and you've earned a new subscriber! This year I've found 1 silver dime and 1 silver ring with the detector in my small town(1940-present), also in Ontario. I also eyeballed 2 gold items worth over $200, at 14 years old $200 is a lot of money!

Thanks it means alot! Congrats on your finds as well. You must of been jumping for joy when you found those gold items lol! There are old coins everywhere no matter how small your town is. If you do the right research you can find tons of treasures honestly!

@@jamesedwards7442 Lots of ways but start off with comparing the old maps from your town to the ones now and see where old houses stood in the 1800s to early 1900s
