The reports are the FF universe is going to be destroyed by the end of the movie, and the FF escape into the 616. If Norrin Rad is the Silver Surfer in the universe that’s destroyed that screws up Silver Surfer. Having Norrin Rad be Silver Surfer in the main universe allows him to still have his arc, and it’s sets up and interesting dichotomy for the FF, having experienced a different Silver Surfer situation. Completely works.

Given the report from your stream yesterday, it's hard to think that the MCU X-Men are going to be anywhere close to traditional when the plot is going to revolve around a variant of a character whose movie bombed last year and the stupid bracelets from that movie. It's widely reported that this movie will involve Galactus winning and the FF escaping their universe. It's rumored that Franklin Richards will become the new Galactus. It's OBVIOUS they are setting it up like a What If storyline where we see the "same event" happen again where things go differently, and Norrin Radd will end up being the Silver Surfer in the primary timeline. This is my fantasy: 1. They make an X-Men movie set in another universe. 2. Is classic X-Men, from scratch, with all the mutant discrimination. A plot about the initiatives to control X gene, leading to the Centinels creation. Full of cool action, but with a background of politicians talking in the news and real social problems. 3. Then, all the multiverse stuff hits hard, and the mutant's universe is destroyed, but thanks to some kind of "Wanda-intervention" level thing (be creative), all the mutants are transfered to the main MCU universe; but it's not like a blended universe, it's like people can remember mutants suddenly appeared there. Thousands of new superwored beings, that can mate and spread the X gene. As refugees from another universe, people start calling them a problem. In some way (be creative here, again), Master Mold reincarnates as a human-like character named Bastion in the main universe, and takes advantage of the fear of the people against the refugees to start Operation Zero Tolerance. Is that too much to ask? ☕

Watching this video now. First, MCU has retooled and will be as strong as Phase 3. Avengers were always the B-tier heroes. Now X-Men, Fantastic Four and Spider-Man working together with the core Avengers that are still around PLUS RDJ returning. You're entitled to your opinion of course, however I honestly feel like The man of steel is literally the only good superman movie.. The issue with Superman is that he is practically invincible, almost nobody can defeat him and anytime in the past when a villain has come up that could it was almost always just someone using Kryptonite to weaken him and then eventually somehow he defeats them anyway and everyone is happy. The man of steel acknowledges that a character that literally can't be defeated is not very interesting, so instead of focusing on just how strong he is and how righteous he is, the movie focuses on the struggles that comes with that and the weight that is placed on his shoulders, it makes him a compelling and interesting character. This is also the reason mcu Captain marvel is generally considered a bad character, because she is given zero struggles, she is just undefeatable and that's it, if they had given us a deeper look into her as a character and her struggles with life because of these responsibilities she would have been more interesting. Who want's to watch a movie about someone who is just perfect in every way and always wins because they are practically a god, it's just not interesting. The man of steel humanized superman, and that's a good thing. My partner is not a big fan of the superhero genre, she generally dislikes anything related to Marvel or DC, however when I showed her the man of steel she genuinely enjoyed it and told me it was shockingly good, especially for a movie about superman, someone who is often considered the "default super hero". If the movie can make someone who dislikes super heroes like it, I'd generally say it's a good movie.
