It’s great to hear no mention of Ironheart or Agatha which is supposed to come out this year, but who gives a shit, give us good MOVIES! I have a feeling that because from what I heard about the brave new world footage with Harrison Ford's thunderbolt Ross talking to Anthony mackie's cap about starting back up the avengers. It seems likely that Thunderbolts is just to mislead everyone, but in reality this might be a dark avengers movie

The comics they want to use to tell some of the over all arcs are FIRE. and we are coming to the point of a reboot, right, like the MCU cast has been with us for so long. And I think that the movies leading up to the reboot will really be working to give a good goodbye setup for everyone

Anthony Mackie can act. I have zero worries about what he can bring to the “game”. It will depend on the story. If they move forward instead of trying fix some - let’s just call them past sins - if it’s grounded and real and palpable like Winter Soldier… that should work for the puritans and deep core fans. Superficial fans that are really only Marvel Studios fans (versus decades of comic stories and characters that all of this grew from. I’m not even mad at all the stuff they tried. I’m a fan of where this all came from and it’s more than we had before. Frankly, I’m a DC fan. But that side of things is embarrassing to talk about. Give me whatever Marvel has to offer. I’m already piling money aside to spend it on whatever they throw at me.

MCU is dead, I’ll bet against Feige. New Cap America (it’s just Falcon, he doesn’t have the super soldier serum), Downey Jr. coming back, etc. it’s not enough. A woke Fantastic 4 with female Silver Surfer will flop. Also Deadpool is a slapstick comedy character telling fart jokes, he’s a sideshow character for laughs, he can’t carry the entire MCU on his shoulders. And Hugh Jackman is old. X-Men peaked with Bryan Singer. Endgame was the peak for MCU. RIP Marvel Cinematic Universe.

@@Angelobmusic1 but he’s Batman, not Falcon. Very, very big difference and a very, very different character. Batman goes up against mainly human villains, not galactic villains with deity-like powers like Thanos. I’m thankful for what we got. MCU was glorious for a decade, plus a few Streaming shows afterwards that were also glorious (Wandavision, Loki, Falcon & Winter Soldier, etc.). We have lots of amazing stuff to rewatch again. The future MCU unfortunately will not be good. It will die a slow embarrassing death, I mean it’s already started.
