there's a feature called second space in xiaomi, it's the best type of phone cloning since you have access to everything unlike in multiple users where the stupid fucking morons who made it limited everything from sharing your files to receiving messages, whoever made multiple users was a dumbass.

Can't find Multiple Users Option on Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Device ??

It will be available in One UI 5 which is based on Android 13 released a month ago. One UI 5.0 will be released this fall. The beta is already available. You probably have One UI 4.1 on your Note 10. The question is if Note 10 will get Android 13. I believe that Note 10 shipped with Android 9, so it might be too old for getting the Android 13 upgrade. But who knows? If you are lucky, you will have the Multiple Users Option this fall.

I believe it's unlikely that Android 13 will be available for Note 10 but it's possible!
