Don't think will surpass Taz's Side special or Finn's Up Special levels of spam ngl. It does look like a good get-off me option or to keep you away from the stage. I am quite satisfied with his approach. Joker does look to be more beginner-friendly focused, so people can enjoy using him; just how Bugs is/was.

Technically all characters have a counter now Parrying was implemented now if you dodge at perfect time
