For anyone having issues connecting her Down Air: try pressing down on your right stick rather than left stick down + neutral attack. This will prevent you from accidentally fast falling and messing it up

I have combo it is to Throw dagger Teleport then Down nutrul 2 times so it does air and ground Then lunge attacks

You can put the bot on dodge to show if the combo connects as well

The bot will DI when you set it to dodge so it can throw off your combos. Setting hit stun counter will show you if the combo is true or not.

It dodges if the combo isn't true. I've done these combos in training so I'm pretty sure the bot doesn't DI

If it's set to 'Dodge During Hitstun', which it is by default when setting it to 'Dodge', it will DI during the combo. You can verify this by turning on the 'Knockback Influence Visualizer' under 'Interface' in settings and see how far off the line the bot drifts during the combo.

I am trying to do the Up special -> Down air -> Up Special -> Down Air combo and i cant even connect on the down air after the first up special, lol Is there a reason im missing? Im just tapping down air after up special and i have shaggy at 0, but keep missing the down air

How are you consistently hitting the back stabs? For example in the DAIR>UPS>UAIR>UAIR Mine are always inconsistent and i never get the same amout of damage but i get the 5x combo

Has this character been reworked? Whenever I do the descending sword attack, it goes way faster than the video shows.

Shouldn’t have been reworked , no notes in the last patch about that . What control scheme are you using ? I use the other control stick to do my aerials so it might be a timing/ buffering issue

You need to either use right stick or you need to buffer the down-air during the up-special animation to perform it without fast falling before the hit.

@@superfratbros3495 its no issue also, wouldn’t it be possible to extend the second combo (the dagger one) by using nair as a startup and up tilt after the jab, so it would go: nair->jab 1->up tilt->up b->dair->dagger->up air, I think that might be true but I’m not sure

hey there when im trying to do the simple "up air special" into "down natural" combo, my down natural never goes straight to the ground which means i cannot chain the combo properly. and the second time i try hitting the dummy up he goes to high

If you buffer the down-air during the up-special animation you can perform it without fast falling even on keyboard.

I'd definitely say use the control stick to do your down airs that way you can control your aerial movement with the other stick (assuming you're using a controller) I use a ps5 controller

if ur using controller then just use the right joystick and tilt it downwards instead of using the left joystick and using the attack button.
