You got two options. Grind or pay. It's a free game. I handed them $40 in the beta, that got me 15 characters, from that point the grind was easy. At this point I have enough fighter currency saved for the next 3 characters. Never have to pay for a battle pass, just save your gleamium. Get an assassin, tank, mage, and bruiser. Get at least one DC, Adventure Time, Looney Toon, and Scoob character. Then just do what they ask in the missions, events, and rifts.

Honestly. Im a multiversus fan since the beta. But when it relaunched wasnt really nice. But season 4 is fun, fighter road is fine. Still havent spent a sigle doller on this game and still havent lost enjoyment unlike other seasons where it was just boring. Its so much smoother now and fighte roads ight. Needs some improvements but rn its chill. Busy grinding for nubia and when raven is added to fighter road....its grind time

I agree man, Raven is such a refreshing character, got me hooked on the game once more. I used to spill alil hate on this game due to frustration with its gameplay, but now i see that is nonsensical, since they are working hard (and no doubt are making a lot of mistakes). I mean, these are people's jobs and lives, the amount of animosity the community dish out (myself included in the past) is bizarre. I hope this game make a comeback. However, i feel the game is worse netcode wise, my game's fluidity seems to have been significantly impaired, which sucks. Anyway, i love raven as well, i think her difficulty and complexity are so enjoyable to watch

I'd say...yeah actually. No more BS fighter tokens. It's much faster then the previous seasons. And imo the fighter road is fine, easier to earn character. Legit just played for like 5 days, got a character. Unlike the previous seasons, when it took multiple weeks to get enough fighter tokens just for one character. It's better imo. Plus in the battle pass if you just level up. You can get 1000xp. So you can even level up faster

If you not gonna buy the characters it gonna be annoying to get them now because it off xp gain instead of farming the crystals thing personally im not gonna play it because i don't feel like grinding for characters 1 by 1 instead of getting who i wanted

Hell no it’s not. I was excited to play that new arena mode. But it just crashes every time. I’ve played it 5 times now. Every time, it crashes before all the matches can be completed & I get none of the rewards, as if I never even entered the mode. Complete waste of time.

@@MyTardisGoWhoosh you still have your leftover Fighter Currency, I was in the same place as you. I had 8k+ and thought they took it away, but they did not. To check your currency go to the store and go to the "Fighter Store" you'll see it in the top right corner. They even rounded mine up to the next 3k. Enjoy!

Im sorry but this season don't help the game they made getting character lock behind play time like im not trying to play for 4 months to get a single character like bruh 100xp per match to 15000 x all the characters! Like bruh i wanna play raven and power puff but im not grinding all the characters for a single character like im not enjoying this nonsense like i grinding monster hunter games and mmo for years and I can barely bring myself to play multiversus because what i want is dumb levels of far away

Living up? Not when WB recently lost $100mil, which is on top of their other Live Service failures. So, MultiVersus won't last much longer. A shame, shouldve been a physical game with no greed & a decent starting roster.

Looking at the numbers people logged in to play raven, noticed they couldn't use any currency they have saved to purchase her and then logged off and 90% didn't return the next day. Greedy MTX will keep this game from ever recovering. Log in see they can't use raven or whatever new character sparked their interest and have to wait 3 days and then just close the game and forget about it and not return.

@@TheAlphazoneYT the point of the review is reviewing the game in season 4 and current state, a review is subjective. I think the state this game in currently is now good. it's almost close to being perfect. I've been with MultiVersus through it's worse phases and previous seasons are worse. the point of the video is not to say multiversus will rise or go back to big numbers shit no game ever does that after first month especially fighting games. HOWEVER, as time goes on for live service game from WB, I will stand on this is the best one currently they have realeased and its only getting better.

I never said patches can save the game. I think we have this warped view of fighting games that I don't personally vibe with. yeah it started off rocky but it doesn't mean games can't get fixed or get better in thisday and age. cyberpunk2077, FFXIV, etc all flipped around.

@@Avataryaya Cyberpunk became one of the best games because they listened to the feedback & fixed the problems it had. Multiversus still has issues that have been around since launch.
