Mouthwatering dried white raddish with CHEF JIA CHOI special spicy sauce. Will be good with both porridge , rice and noodles👍♥️

Hallo chef.. im from Indonesia . Nice video .. thank you for sharing recipe… but can A put fresh white radish in the recipe? Will it change the taste? And can it be stored for a long time in the fridge? Thank you chef ☺️

Hello Wina. If you're using fresh radish, you don't need to rehydrate and microvawe the radish. Just cut and toss with the sauce. You'll need add more sauce if needed. : )

rehydrate radish… mix with sauce that takes 30secs to make … 🤷‍♀️
