For dough-
1. 2 cup wheat flour
2. ½ tsp salt
3. 2 tsp oil
4. 1cup water
For dry masala-
1. ¼ tsp black salt
2. ¼ tsp salt
3. ¼ tsp dry ginger powder
4. ½ tsp dry mango powder
5. ¼ tsp asafoetida
6. 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
7. ¼ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
8. 1 tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
9. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
10. 1 tsp red chilly powder
11. 1 tsp chat masala powder
12. ½ tsp garam masala powder
13. ½ tsp powder sugar
14. ¼ tsp dry fenugreek leaves
For stuffing-
1. 1 tsp oil
2. ¾ cup finely chopped capsicum
3. ¾ cup chopped sweetcorn
4. 1raw banana(boiled & grated)
5. 4 cheese cube grated
6. Dry masala
7. 1 tsp green chilly paste
8. ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
9. Oil/ghee for roast the paratha
