For dough-
1. ½ cup wheat flour
2. ½ cup all purpose flour
3. Salt as per taste
4. 2 tsp oil
5. ¼ cup bottle gourd water
6. Water as per required
For stuffing -
1. Bottle gourd
2. 50 g paneer
3. ¼ tsp salt
4. ½ tsp chaat masala powder
5. ½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
6. ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
7. ¼ tsp garam masala powder
8. 2-3 chopped green chilli
9. 1/3 cup chopped coriander leaves
10. 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
11. Pich of asafoetida
12. ½ tsp coriander cumin seeds powder
1. Ghee for roasting the parathas
For masala curd -
1. Curd
2. Black salt
3. Roasted cumin seeds powder
4. Kashmiri red chilli powder
5. Chopped coriander leaves
