I stayed for a day at a hotel in Kurla West. Lalbahadur Shastri Marg. It's a slum. Wonder if Bollywood or Sportspersons or Billionaires visit this place.

Important to increase greenery inside city. It must be first a livable city, rather than a billionaire city.

It is very livable. There are many parks all over Mumbai. Which planet are you living on? In fact Mumbai doesnt figure in the list of 20 most air polluted cities in the world. South Mumbai and suburban Mumbai has lots of trees. It is a bit scanty in the middle but being surrounded by sea on all sides compensates by airing it out. Only problem is number of cars and buses.

Although our trade capital of India has overtaken Beijing in terms of billionaire yet India Is left behind china as whole. The total billionaires in China is 800+ whereas India only have 250+. So we have to do lots of things..

It's NOT how many billionaires you have that makes for a developed, progressive country. It's how small the wealth gap is between your rich & poor. And the wealth gap in India is H-U-G-E. The poor are poorer than rats and the rich are obscenely rich.

To be honest, we shouldn't be completely proud of this. Just means we have more wealth inequality. We need to focus more on and double down on helping the lowest rung and strata of India.

Just magnifies the existing inequalities even more where 1% of the population owns 40% of the wealth in the country. Another aspect is that these are tax paying billionaires. There could be many more under the radar.

do not behave like liberendu urban naxal joti bose- he drove all industry out of w bengal in the name of egalitarian society. Also bought in bangladeshis and rohingyas to secularise the population. The process contenues even today.

Indian economy becomes more pro for 1%, you can't call it the growth of the nation. it's just a handful of people who are growing. Indian middle class has had no growth at all since the pandemic.

no it can. capitalism with strict laws by govt is a best way to go. unemployment is due to global chaos,wars pandemic and scams by previous government , looking at the tie up between various countries, various projects signed by current indian government ,unemployment is going to reduce soon also wealth disparity will reduce. currently the income tax rate is 37% n corparate tax rate is 25% (highst rates).@@arrshath

Also the slum capital.... Just saying... You can boast of the number of billionaire, but can you boast of the top-notch urban planning and civic sense cities like NY and London have? Mumbai except for the BKC and other small pouches of ultra rich is just a mega slum filled with garbage and Vimal spits everywhere with no urban planning. Sit down. You pick any place in India on the Google map and its worse than Africa.
