Good job guys i also invested in the Kalpataru Starlight in 2019 I am working in Africa I put my all money in and now they are telling me they have extended the possession date upto2025 December

I invested my money in starlight in 2019 and now in MAY 2023 they told me that, they are not sure when they will start the work in K wing, and asked me switch to project which work has started or near possession, I payed extra and upgraded to Immensa, with possession date as DEC 2023. still they are telling me it will take another 6 months. and they way work is in progress I really doubt they will be able to finish the work this year also. 😔

They are cheaters. I was promised possession in their Eternia project D wing by June 2024 and now they are saying it would be by Dec 2025 and I am doubting this timeline also.

We wanted to settle in our own flat, but that seems as a dream. Emi on this plus I had to take another flat near by on emi. All my salary goes in emi and nothing is left as saving. Kalpataru guys are not even serious to give the flat after our is overdue since last 2 years or any compensation. Already paid 90%+ flat money. What has happened to it.???? Is this not a fraud? Want justice!!!!!

​@Liberty55555 it's not funny. Under construction flats cannot be sold. Only after the buyer gets possession he can create third party rights. Only builder can buy back the flat while possession is not given. It's basic legal sense
