See how bad the situation is for home buyers. Builders take 1 crore from each owner and don't even give an update on completion. These builders will pay politicians bribes, so they are not scared of common citizens. Unfortunate.

We bought a flat in Unitech group 10 years ago still no sign of possession. The 10 lakh we paid seems like lost.

people who lost their family members forgot about them in a month, they enjoy life, make babies n all. but this one lost some 10 lac 10 years ago and is still crying about it !!

Same case with Rashmi Housing at Naigaon, Possession was supposed to be in 2015 No one there to even respond

Lot of stories like this nowadays, some builders even charging 12% GST when now rules are 1% or 5% GST on apartments

It's a very sad state of affairs. Kalpataru is a habitual offended. Even in Shrishti Mira Road project they haven't got OC for last 10 years. They have done fraud by selling flat in CRZ

File case under RERA and if you are creditor for more than 100000/- you can drag them for Insolvency and Bankruptcy

This is Mumbai right we paid full amount for a flat Samson and sons Trivandrum in 202. The builder is ver active in social media comes on TV shows kya bole

Always buy ready-to-move-in flats for personal use. Only consider under-construction properties if you are buying it as an investment. But then also pay as the build progresses and do a thorough background check of the builder and whether he has all the important documents and permission or not.

Same case with Lodha Upper Thane in Thane, Maharashtra. My father in law bought a house in November 2018. Possession was promised around March 2020. Still no proper communication given from Lodha about possession.. We have to very cautious now a days. Marketting people will lure you with all the humble words. They will even swear on anything and everything to get you convinced..

Kalpataru used to be a trustworthy builder. But they have compromised with their quality and promises even with their project in Hyderabad

yes. these harrassing people!! who goes on KZbin and cry like a baby about a small flat. people think they paid money means they are entitled to get the flats. it's the builders choice. he has built it, he'll decide if he want to give it or not. doesn't matter people had paid ..

@@a_wise_man7701 you’re definitely not a wise man. If you take money and don’t deliver the goods than that constitutes theft. You are stealing something that isn’t yours. The right and only thing to do if you can’t deliver on a promise is to return the money.

Well its our fault only for paying unbelievable amount in Mumbai. None of the houses sold now are worth crores its unnatural inflation being created. I just wish that no one buys house and make the builders understand that they are not the bosses.

they should let it go. it's just a flat. we builders don't do it on purpose, sometimes houses we built we don't want to give it away. we invest lot of money and effort in it. . people are so selfish, they think they have paid money means they must get the house. they should think about us too...
