You may just go next door to shalimar restaurant.. or visit below some value for money restaurants in south mumbai. 1) Gulshan e iran (crawford market) 2) Persian darbar (byculla) 3) queen mary (mazgaon) 4) ideal restaurant (colaba) 5) shabbir tawakkal (bori mohalla) 6) Sarvi restaurant (nagpada) 7) Delhi zaika (grant rd) 8) Sahyadri restaurant (mumbai central) Just check their plate size.. u will conclude yourself.. they are the owner of brand hakim masala and u will taste strong spices in every dish at noor mohammadi. They were good before renovation and now jusy making money.. nothing special except their chicken hakimi whiich is a verion of chc tandoori and kaju keema .

I have been there and in my view the place was over hyped. I remember Nihari was ok, but what put me off was so much oil in everything. I have had a lot of mugalai food in northern India and this was no where close to any of those places
