Ingredients for Dalcha | Eid Special 2020
1/2 Cup Split Chickpeas
50 GM Red Lentils
1/4 Cup Split Pigeon Peas
3 Cups Water
4-5 Green Chilli Paste
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
1-2 TSP Oil
2 TBSP Tamarind
2 Indian Bay Leaves
2 Cinnamon
3-4 Cloves
3 Cardamom
1 Onion
500 GM Mutton
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 TSP Salt
1 Tomato
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 TSP Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/2 TSP Turmeric Powder
Paste of 3-4 Green Chillies
100 ML Water
500 GM Bottle Gourd
Coriander Leaves
2 TSP Coriander Seeds
1 TSP Cumin Seeds
1 TSP fennel Seeds
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
1/2 Star Anise
1 TBSP Dried Fenugreek Leaves
1 TSP Garam Masala Powder
100 ML Water
3-4 Green Chillies
