Both Dr Rajkumar & Kishore Kumar are legends. Please don’t say one of them is better. If you ask me, Kishore Kumar’s voice & style are a benchmark. Dr Rajkumar’s voice resembles Kishoreda’s. Kishoreda is famous for yodeling. Even Dr Rajkumar has done yodeling. Eg. Listen to “Love me or hate me” from “Shankar Guru”. You will se Kannada version of Kishore Kumar in Dr Rajkumar’s singing.

Dr.Raj kumar had high regards for Kishore Kumar as a singer.But Kishore Kumar knew a little about Dr.Raj kumar as a singer. Dr.Raj kumar was a fan of Ashok Kumar too.Infact Ashok Kumar had visited Dr.Raj kumar's house accepting his invitation. Infact Ashok Kumar who had portrayed the lead role in the hindi version of Vathsalya,a Dr.Raj kumar starrer had appreciated Dr.Raj kumar performance on a high note.

Appreciate your patience to type.. actually m r vittal was a good friend of my dad, AVNarasimhan who has constructed lot of cinema theatres in Bangalore including the renovation of alankar theatre and other theatres in gandhinagar starting from triveni which are memorable as only few single screen theatres are there now. Those days were golden days as the crowd was different.. MR vittal used to come to our home during his morning walk and have coffee. Do he used to share few things about cinemas. Ramkumar avare, I saw the latest episode on Rajkumar today. While explaining the relationship between Sunil Dutt and Rajkumar, you have mentioned "ayyo paapa" for Sanjay Dutt going to jail and that Sunil Dutt did not come to the rescue of his son. The charges against Sanjay Dutt were proved and Sanjay Dutt himself confessed that he was in possession of AK 47 and other crimes. Hence, he was sent to jail. The real reason for Sunil Dutt not coming to his son's rescue is to protect in political image and nothing else. When both Sunil Dutt and Sanjay Dutt themselves does not have any remorse fo their deeds, why you should be soft on Sanjay Dutt by stating "paapa, he went to jail".
