Hey Mumbo, I just noticed something, your memory allocation (seen at 7:00) to minecraft is only 2048 MB, which I am pretty sure is not your Mac's memory capacity. I would suggest changing the configuration in the minecraft launcher (there are pretty good guides on pretty much anywhere on how to do that) to unlock your Mac's $7000 potential.

You can just go in the Minecraft launcher -> Installations -> three dots -> edit (the one you want) -> more options -> JVM Arguments -> change „Xmx2G“ to e.g „Xmx8G“. The number is the amount of RAM in GB you allocate to your Minecraft installation.
