I hope you see this, I tried the links to get the measurements for an adult blanket but it won’t let me. I’m confused on do you continue to do a half shell on the dc start row and then put sc at end of sc start row. If you will direct me where to find the pattern I will be happy to buy

Hi maybe I should have said can I use blanket yarn for your patterns, it's for a college student who will be in Winconsin
@MumsyMakesCrochet2 ай бұрын
@@BeverlyThompson-vy8ne hi! You can use any size yarn and the corresponding hook. You’ll just need to adjust the amount of chains you make for each size blanket so for thicker yarn and a larger hook, less chains, for thinner yarn and a smaller hook you’ll need more chains. Hope this helps! 😊

I want to make this blanket so bad but I cannot get past the first row. The back bump is confusing for me does it make a difference if I do the front loops. I’ve taken this out several times but I’m still not able to finish the first row. I’m so bummed😢
@MumsyMakesCrochet4 ай бұрын
Hi! That’s fine! 😊 if you want to do it the normal way you can. Using the back bumps is just my preference. You do what suits you 😊
@nujean14 ай бұрын
@@MumsyMakesCrochet thanks I just didn’t know if it made a huge difference. Wish me luck
@eloisepharr14622 ай бұрын
@@nujean1there are maybe 2 benefits to using back bump. It makes a prettier edge and also if you choose to do a border, it’s easier to crochet into the v-stitches when you have worked into the bumps. But, no, you don’t have to do it that way. I never knew about back bumps most of my life! 😊 Hope that makes sense to you! ❤
