I like him. Pretty laid back. Very respectful and you can tell he puts effort into it. I will add Vitri on my list of restaurants to visit

Well there’s something to be said for a series called chefs night out.. 80% of chefs out there live the life of an industry chef. This guy is a restauranteur of the highest caliber. He doesn’t do what most average chefs do lol.
@Localh819 жыл бұрын
That looks like a good night. Vice should hold a contest so a fan can go hang for a night with some chefs.

Would love to see a reboot of Vetri having a night out. So much has changed in Philly since this episode.

The Philly scene might change from year to year, but Marc Vetri is eternal. somehow that man will perpetually have his finger on the food scene of Philadelphia. He simply doesn't miss, one of the most incredibe people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in the restaurant industry

Im so glad chefs like this get a chance to showcase their talent and their restaurant's atmosphere. I understand every nights not like a night they go out with munchies, but it can show a chef's character, which lays over into their cooking. Good, free PR.

It's so refreshing to see people comfy in their skin doing this, and these guys know and appreciate good food. This episode had all the good stuff, without gratuitous f-bombs from emotionally-immature jackasses. I'm sure part of the reason is because we're not in LA (Land of Narcs) for this one. THANKS! :)

Yes Munchies! I left a comment, a few days ago, on another vid - and the same can be applied to this: It's so nice to see a food show that's about 'the food', and not about a bunch of people getting wasted. Please don't misunderstand me, I get the need for a release after service, but I personally love seeing the passion for food coming through, and how the chefs like to eat. Great stuff.
