Well there’s something to be said for a series called chefs night out.. 80% of chefs out there live the life of an industry chef. This guy is a restauranteur of the highest caliber. He doesn’t do what most average chefs do lol.

I left a comment, a few days ago, on another vid - and the same can be applied to this: It's so nice to see a food show that's about 'the food', and not about a bunch of people getting wasted. Please don't misunderstand me, I get the need for a release after service, but I personally love seeing the passion for food coming through, and how the chefs like to eat. Great stuff.
