Chef's Night Out - Wagyu Burgers, Bowling and Taiwanese Food with Win Son

Trigg Brown and Josh Ku of Win Son in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn, make some of the most exciting Taiwanese-American food around. On their night off, they took a few staffers out for a night of Taiwanese food, semi-professional bowling, Hellboy pizza slices from Paulie Gee's, and baos from Eddie Huang's Bauhaus, then ended their night with karaoke and milk bun wagyu burgers.

I have been currently living/working in Taiwan for the last year. The food here is.... interesting and is Certainly affordable and Taiwanese people are perhaps the friendliest people on earth. Bottom line is I'm having fun.

No, it's not. Taiwan has shitty fucking weather despite being a tropical island. You think San Francisco cost of living is too high? Taiwan is literally 99% mountain range, which means there's a HUGE real estate problem with the entire population forced to live on the coasts. It's fucking ridiculous. You're also probably a white westerner so of course Taiwanese people are friendly to you. To other people of Colour? Not so much. Expect to find your run of the mill racism. Also did I mention Taiwan is haunted? Seriously stay the fuck away from Taiwan and I would appreciate if you would keep Taiwan out your fucking mouth.
