Man, its good to see some doing the REAL REAL food from our region. I'm not even Laotian (Thai) buts its awesome that he has the guts to make authentic shit with "the funk" and everything. Thai people are so scared that people won't get it and so make our version of american Chinese food and sell that (pad Thai, etc etc...) My dream is to make shit like this.
