While that's true, there's also good news! They've since been bought by investors and will continue to operate their restaurants as normal; the Bornholm location opens this June, and the Copenhagen location sometime in October :)

​@@lukey1989 It was a lucky turn of events. They had a fire in their Bornholm restaurant and the corona lockdown, and I think they were already in the process of renovating. So their money dried up. Fortunately they were saved by a lot of famous investors! All the Kadeau and daughter restaurants are open.

It's just a show. "Chef's night out" is a planned night out. Nobody in Denmark lives like this and most certain the people in this show, nomatter the country, are just portraying their idea of what a successfull night out would be. No chef actually has the time to do this because of work. Also the distortion party is an annual event. Denmark is pretty dull most of the time. But when summer comes around, shit hits the fan... well at least for those who don't travel abroad for their vacation.
