MUNSTER T MOTION DELETE | Getting rid of the slop!

For my sled guys, let do the Munster T Motion delete! Finally we are getting rid of the little bit of slop from the shifty rear of the sled. I'm pumped to see how this turns out and how the sled handles. Let's do this!!!

You can use a C clamp to press the old ball joint out and press the new bushing in

Great video - really helped w/ my install! FYI -. An M8 bolt (or threaded rod) w/ a 5/16" 12 point socket, a nut and some washers also will work as a press and won't gum up the brass. It'll also push out the t-motion part as well.

Heck ya, glad it helped dude. I’ve used the bolt socket and washer method my whole life on other things as well. Bolts make the best press in tight areas where we can’t use other means.

Nice vid. I'm waiting for my new Doo after 5 years on an Axys, so I'll see how I like T-motion... Now just get a Camso or Composite track to get rid of the Flex Edge and have a real rigid chassis!

@@DanMX2112 Oh, right on. Ha, yeah go for the sled upgrade, haha. Track would be much, much easier on the wallet though, lol. I borrowed my friends XM for a few trips and really liked it. The next season he got a G4 and it was a totally different animal. Way better. You seamed to also really like the Lynx in your test ride vid. I hear they are awesome.

Should i get it on my freeride 850 i think on trail its like a snake feeling when the back end whobbles left and right do you need to strenghten the arm anything?

I would give it a shot, and no you don’t need anything else. This kit has been amazing for me and takes that “snake” feeling away on the trails and made is so much more predictable on the mountain. Love this setup!

It won’t eventually break the triangle ? or the arm ?

Either way, it relies on that arm or (triangle) after the few degrees of travel with the T Motion, so I doubt it strains it much more, if at all. Thanks for watching!!!

Absolutely loved it, so much more stability and they sled just tracks well. I'm gonna recommend anyone do it after such a positive outcome, for sure! Changed the sled and I love it so much better!

It’s a mountain sled and non of the mountain sleds have wheels other than bogey and top wheels anymore. The MXZ and other trail sled do, but we just have to be careful to not ride the trail as much as possible. Deep powder the rails stay cool and lubricated just fine.
