you can watch and follow this tutorial for set up website in same vps kzbin.info/www/bejne/np_QgINqatd4arc , it doesnt matter if its on shared host, but in future if ur host not good with ddos protection it might affect other webhosts and that could be a trouble, so for start shared webhosting is fine

the admin panel maybe yes, also in template there is few more untranslated spanish like estatistics, just search it and edit replace the text =) also be sure u using on webconfig "en" for the language
