DIY Welding Machine / Only 2 Microwave Transformer / Good Job

Hello there. In this video, I showed the construction of an Arc Welding Machine with adjustable output current, which gives very successful results. I only used 2 microwave oven transformers. I wrapped the secondary windings of the transformers with 4mm2 silicon insulated copper cable. Silicone insulated cables are heat resistant. Our welding machine was very light and useful. It has the capacity to burn a 3.25 electrode easily. We can adjust the current through the dimmer circuit. Since the dimmer circuit in my hand is low-power, I strengthened it by adding a triac. However, a dimmer circuit of 4000W will be sufficient. I used a 10mm2 cable for the output probes and made them detachable using a 10/25 socket. I used 2 12V fans to cool the transformers and a 12V power supply to feed them. I used aluminum plates and some plywood in the box making. I tried to show all the details in the video, so it's a bit long.

@ Пересмотрел несколько раз это видео, всё делаете идеально, но вот сетевой шнур я бы взял потолще..тонковат немного. Я уже закупил провод на 5мм срезал изоляцию и одел вместо неё тонкую термоусадку. Так витков будет больше ток выше.Можно и 3мм электрод использовать.

I have watched probably 40 videos of people making welders from microwave transformers. I do believe this is the best one yet. Neat. Clean. Well planned and professional looking. Don't get me wrong. Some of the other projects will work. But they are some scary looking contraptions. One guy actually cut the ground wire from the power cord to "get it out of the way"!!!

Hola. No entendí completamente la pregunta. ¿Qué entiendes por números enteros?

El cable que uso es un cable de cobre con aislamiento de silicona de 4 mm2 de sección transversal, hice 24 devanados en cada transformador, usé 6,5 metros de cable en cada transformador para 24 devanados. Un total de 13 metros de cable. Para la regulación de corriente se requiere un circuito dimmer de 4000W de potencia. Dado que el circuito de atenuación en mi mano es de baja potencia, reforcé el circuito conectando 4 triacs (BT137). No sé si la respuesta a su pregunta ha sido respondida, pero si esta no es la respuesta, por favor escriba con más detalle.

Все отлично сделано и показано но есть один недостаток .....эти трансформаторы не рассчитаны на длительную работу , даже с обдувом , железо на пределе. А так для мелочей , вполне работоспособно.

Спасибо. Это, конечно, не профессиональный инструмент, но для домашних пользователей, таких как я, он неплох. Я использую его с того дня, как я его сделал. Привет из Турции

Isıyı dağıtma konusunda iyi olacaktır ama silikon yerine iki taraftan alüminyum geçirip somunlu vida ile sıkmak daha çok işe yarar. Ancak bu durumda makinenin kutusu büyür. Sadece fan da yeterli olacaktır.

Gracias... Para ser honesto, no creo que tenga suficiente información sobre este tema. Normalmente hago soldadura de hierro y compro electrodos de rutilo para este trabajo. Espero que alguien más competente responda a su mensaje.

Hola. Gracias. El cable que utilizo es un cable de cobre aislado con silicona con una sección transversal de 4 mm2. Si no me equivoco, los transformadores de microondas tienen una potencia media de unos 1000W. Tengo que probar con 110V. porque aquí se usa 220V y los transformadores de los hornos microondas están diseñados en consecuencia. Como tiene 110 V allí, los transformadores están diseñados con características similares. La forma más fácil de probar esto es medir el voltaje de salida quitando los devanados secundarios de un transformador y envolviéndolo lo más apretado y suave posible. Si me puede dar esta información, le puedo decir cuántos transformadores utilizará. Привіт. Спробую поділитися і поекспериментувати з розігрівом. Диммер обраний на 4000 Вт. Скільки електродів мають проблеми через нагрівання, я можу це підтвердити після тестів. Я намагався відводити тепло за допомогою вентиляторів і вважав за краще силіконову ізоляцію. Хочу нагадати, що цей інструмент не є професійним. Це пристрій своїми руками з логікою переробки. Я використовував його протягом тривалого часу у своєму відео з підставкою для кутової шліфувальної машини. Однак це вас не задовольнить, тому що я приварив туди профілі максимальною товщиною 2 мм. Не потрібно було багаторазово розплавляти електрод.

Muchas gracias. Para cada transformador se requieren 24 vueltas de 6,5 metros de cable con aislamiento de silicona de 4 mm2. Se requiere un total de 13 metros de cable. Se toman 20V de cada transformador y se obtienen 40V conectando 2 transformadores en serie. Hay subtítulos en español en el video... Hello. Since your cable is thicker, I guess 17 turns fit in each transformer. But 33V will suffice. The higher the voltage, the easier the arc starts at first. If you are not satisfied with the situation, you can use 1 more transformer and obtain a total voltage of around 50V.

Hola. Muchas gracias. Me alegro de que te guste. Era una máquina que funcionaba muy bien. Cada transformador requiere 24 vueltas. Tiene que estar bien envuelto. Si hay 20 vueltas, será suficiente. Usé cable ignífugo de 4 mm2. (Se lo conoce como cable aislado de silicona). Puede descargar el diagrama de conexión desde la sección de descripción. Si ve el video en una computadora, puede ver los subtítulos en español. Algunas explicaciones están disponibles en los subtítulos. También te recomiendo que veas el video de mi soporte para amoladora angular que hice con esta máquina larga. Sigue siguiéndome y vuelve a escribir si tienes alguna pregunta, por favor.

Bakır kablo ısıyı çok hızlı bir şekilde iletip nuveye de aktardığı için soğuma uzun sürebilir. Fan kullanırsanız ısıyı uzaklastirdiginiz için baya fark edecektir. Bir de şunu ekleyeyim. Fan açma kapama anahtarindan bağımsız olarak çalışmalı, yani fişe takar takmaz çalışmalı. Kaynak işine kısa ara verecekseniz cihazı kapatsaniz bile fan çalışmaya devam ederek sogutma yapmalı.
