My gd, as someone who suffers from learning issues, I learned more from your video than 2 hours of theory and 2 hours of bodywork. Thank you. Period. 😁

I just came across your page, searching for a video to help someone understand the QL. I'm a Pilates instructor, educator, and writer. I am also a former massage therapist, coach, and athlete and a few other things. In all my years of somatic movement and therapy, as well as writing about the anatomy and injuries, I have never seen a video like this. This is one of the coolest! You make learning about this tricky muscle, very accessible. Nice job! I'm looking forward to checking out your other videos.

This video had helped me confirm a good starting point for the funky stuff I've been dealing with for 4 years. My right side is pulling me down so much my lower rib cage tucks into my pelvic bone. I'm constantly getting muscle cramps and spasms and it has made my spine form a lovely S shape. I've also found from 5"11 to 5" 7, my shortest was 5"5. I've done all kinds of different therapies and regular doctors just want to cut me open. I gave up looking for care over a year ago out if frustration. How do I find somebody locally that specializes in fixing deep muscles?
