Absolutely love this video. The trigger point in my rhomboid has been a nuisance for as long as I can remember. I know you cant "see" trigger points, but I was sort of hoping for an artistic big reveal of that place of hate, haha. Subscribed :)

Nice painting but elevation of the scapula upwards is the function of the trapezius and 'protecting the armpits from ticklers' is the function of the teres.
