Ben u sad u are eating 300-350g of carbs and u sad u eat 50% from carbs so thas is 1200-1400 kcal so u eat total only 2400-2800 kcal ? :)

+Nikolas Molnár I think he said 15%... so if 300-350g of carbs is 1200-1400 kcal and that would be 15%, then he would be eating a total of 8000 - 9333 calories...

+Iwan van de Weer so if he eat 8500 kcal 1300 from carbs is still 7200 kcal i think he eat about 300-400g proteins so its 1200-1600 kcal so still he have left 5800+ kcal if 900kcal is 100fast its 600+g of fats :D

+Nikolas Molnár I don't think he meant he eats 15% I think the metabolic cart showed him that between fats and carbs only 15% of his energy is expended from carbs and the rest from fat so I'm sure he eats a lot more carbs then that and I'm curious as to what his fat intake is then
