Welcome to the Muscle Madness Challenge! Get ready to transform your body over the next two weeks of strength training! Each week will have 4 workouts 30 minutes or under and on days that you are not doing the videos, I encourage you to complete moderate cardio, Pilates, Yoga or core.
Pair these workouts with a healthy and balanced meal plan and you'll be on your way to a sculpted and toned body by Spring break!
Today's workout is going to challenge you with ALL bodyweight moves! We're working in an ascending ladder in 5 minute blocks.
