@collingoggins7589 Interesting, considering the early Christians rejoiced in being persecuted and killed for the sake of Christ. You have a convoluted view because of the many liars out there who say good times are guaranteed if you have faith. The only thing God is promising in the gospel is a relationship with Him through Jesus Christ that cannot be shaken. It's not weak to have faith in God. it's weak and cowardly to be an agnostic who thinks we have no value. Nothing good in this life is guaranteed except for the promise of salvation for all those who put their trust in Jesus Christ.
@colton737310 ай бұрын
@@collingoggins75892 weeks ago you said you're trying to find God. The way to find Him is right before you right now; Jesus knocks at the door and invites you to join the family of God, and grant you eternal life as a gift. You must believe that He died, was buried, and rose from the dead according to the scriptures, and you will be saved. Jesus died on the cross to take away your sin. Our best deeds are like filthy rags before God and we have all rebelled against Him in our own selfishness. But Jesus took your place and His righteousness will be placed upon you if you believe, and God will treat you as if you lived the perfect life of His Son.
