thank u for ur informative videos I just had an MRI of groin area due to groin, thigh pain. Can you tell me what you think smyptoms of impinged quadratus femoris and obturator externus. Both muscle areas showed signal possible strain or impingement. I have some tingling down my back thigh and under foot. Any suggestions will help me plz.
