Sir my muscles and body become very hard die to gym exercises.Suggest ypga to make my body flexible and muscles soft

Namaste Makhan Lal, Thank you for watching the video and your comments, It completely normal for the muscles to get hard while you train... that completely fine.. but at the same time you should focus on stretching any type of stretching is fine.. but daily at least 15 to 20 minutes of stretching should be give. You can check my suryanamaskar video or infact any video and just start practising by following those videos it will help you a lot. take care, keep smiling, Namaste
