I think I will try planning my day the night before. I've done that in the past before big events and it was helpful, but doing it before regular days would be helpful as well, I'm sure

Thanks for the video ! For future videos where you list things like this, would it be possible to add them as time stamps in the video ? These are points I think would be useful to revisit especially when trying to build new habits. The time stamps would help with focusing on specific points! 1. Manage your dopamine 1:00 2. Issue I face in my life I'm not an organized person ,also I wast my time at social media and watching to much soccer and playstation since I found this channel I try to changed but that take time .thank you so much for motivation and help me to change to better .

I've been pairing higher dopamine things with lower dopamine things based on your recent video about pairing challenges with rewards in order to get things done. Like, I'll watch a drama while washing dishes or doing laundry. Helps me get both done. Or I'll be like "I van play my mobile game for 5 min if I get xyz done." It's been helpful

It is quite hard. I am currently still getting over some regrets and trying to move on. And constantly stuck at "what if" circle I try to stay in my comfort zone like watching serials etc as much as I can because the more important activities require a lot of energy and do not bring me dopamine straight away

Thank you for sharing your feelings so openly. Moving past regrets and breaking free from the "what if" cycle is definitely tough-it takes a lot of courage and self-compassion. Perhaps starting small-just one step at a time-can help. Even a tiny action toward something important can build momentum and slowly shift the balance. Be kind to yourself in this process. Progress, no matter how small, is still progress. You’re doing your best, and that’s enough.

Thats not true...where there is life there is always hope but dont put your hope in yourself only God...reflect on the small things you can change to sleep better as a start! Things can change for the better🎉

@ yep, just have so many responsibilities, mouths to feed, and intentions, what I thought were worthy goals, is what got me here. 😂 Just hasn’t worked out like I thought it would. Even the best of plans and dreams and intentions get blown up by real life.
