Hi 👋 how long did it take for you to get a diagnosis on what you had? I had a muscle biopsy done last January and I'm still waiting for the results but I think I could have LGMD

Try keep mobile for as long as you can. Chair excercises etc. When you dont excercise you lose muscle....when you over excercise you lose muscle ....so find your " sweet spot" and just do excercises and stretches till you start feeling sore...

So stairs, do you feel like the muscle feel like they're draing of energy and they feel like they are melting? Same feeling when exercising? You start off good, but then you feel like you're melting or drained of energy.
