This is one of the tightest live performances I have ever seen. The drums, guitar, bass and bellamy's voice all kick ass in this song. That riff at the end leaves me speechless...

Dom is such a wicked drummer.. Chris is badass on the bass, mayby not in Assasin, but in hysteria and TIRO his talents shows. And Matt speaks for him self. These guys are the best on their individual instrument, in my eyes. Love Muse

Probably their best song for showing off Doms talent. That drumming is perfect.

You know a muse song is incredibly hard to play on drums when Dom Howard the dude who comes up with it has to arch the play the opening riff! Amazing drumming! :D

The drumming in this is brilliant. Muse are the best live band in the world, and possibly of all time. It is pretty hard to find a better live band; if there is one.

I'm a drummer, and I have to say that he is a pretty simple player. But you getting offended by it shows you know nothing about drumming. He plays to compliment the music, not to show off. This song shows what he is capable of. But songs like Map of The Problematique show GREAT restraint and discipline considering he goes half a song without hitting a crash cymbal and, keeps 1/4 and 8th notes going with his feet while playing the main groove. So chill out mate, there is beauty in simplicity
@TheWonderBoyd16 жыл бұрын

"if you guys think that the drummer is good please go to search engine type in parabola and look for the danny carey drum solo." it takes a good drummer to solo, and a great drummer to able to accompany a song so well. :)

I like all those bands as well but I don't count them as newer but I guess you could. hehe newer to me is 2000-present. xD But yeah mostly classic rock, a few metal bands like Iron Maiden and instrumental music whatever strikes my fancy at the moment.
@PrincessKagayaki15 жыл бұрын
None of Muse's songs sound like anyone I can think of except one part in Knights of Cydonia reminds me of 22 Acacia Avenue by Iron maiden and Supermassive Black Hole reminds me of Franz Ferdinand but not that those actually sound like any of their songs but anyways Muse is still awesome. They're in my top 5 along with Pink Floyd, the Who, Rush and the Ramones. I'm a tough one to please with new music. I barely like any new bands except Muse, Wolfmother, Franz Ferdinand and the White Stripes

I assume you mean "exaggerating". And no, I'm not. They released their first studio album in 1999 (though released several EPs before). They won their first best live act in 2001 (though I may be wrong) after their gig at Le Zenith in Paris. From then on they have won at least 100. Just watch H.A.A.R.P. it's all that needs to be said.
